1. Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that for international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival.

How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to process orders. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@riqama7al.store immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it, but we will assist you with a return once it arrives.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@riqama7al.store. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
