Terms of Sale

1. Applicability
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to your purchase of products ("Products") from AlfSixtyOne LLC doing business as Riqama7al Store ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order for Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase Products from us.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in the amount of the charge.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Taxes: Prices listed do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. You are responsible for all sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges of any kind imposed by any federal, state, or local governmental entity on any amounts payable by you.

  • Payment: Terms of payment are within our sole discretion. Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company.

4. Shipping; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping: We will arrange for shipment of the Products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Manufacturer’s Warranty and Disclaimers
We do not manufacture all of the Products offered on our site. To the extent legally permitted, we assign to you any warranties given to us by the manufacturer.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALFSIXTYONE LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OR ANY SALE OF PRODUCTS.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER.

8. Goods Not for Resale or Export
You represent and warrant that you are buying Products for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. You further represent and warrant that all purchases are intended for final delivery to locations within the regions we ship to.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
